Our verdict
The bottom line
The accessible robot. Will not last as long as a Husqvarna 305 but costs half as much used. A reasonable starter robot for a small simple lawn.

Buying second-hand
Used-market tip
£200–400 used. Boundary wire is the #1 fail point — walk every metre and look for breaks. Worx battery cells are the second fail point; demand a runtime test. Reset the Worx app account before purchase. Avoid any with rust on the underside — sign of being left out in winter.
Where to look: Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree are usually 20–30% cheaper than eBay UK for petrol mowers because most sellers want local pickup. eBay tends to win on cordless and electric (lighter, easier to ship). Always insist on a starting demonstration before paying.
