Body-only used £75-120; kit with 2 batteries £140-210. Always test with a known-good 4Ah battery pair — Ryobi One+ batteries are faked on eBay (look for the moulded Ryobi logo and PCB code through the contact-window). Brushless models are RY18 — older brushed RLM18 models are not the same mower.
