Our verdict
The bottom line
The robot that has Husqvarna nervous. AWD on slopes is a genuine breakthrough and the cut width of 40cm shrinks mowing time dramatically. Buy with caution — Mammotion is new in the UK and parts/service are still scaling.
Pros & cons

- RTK satellite, no boundary wire

Buying second-hand
Used-market tip
£1700–2400 used. Confirm the RTK base station and antenna are both present. Demand a live cut demo before paying — these are still rare so verify it actually works on the user's lawn. Reset the Mammotion account before buyer takes ownership.
Where to look: Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree are usually 20–30% cheaper than eBay UK for petrol mowers because most sellers want local pickup. eBay tends to win on cordless and electric (lighter, easier to ship). Always insist on a starting demonstration before paying.
